Ta’leef
Ta’leef is a community-driven program that provides collective care, mutual support and autonomous spaces for queer Muslims. Grounded in the Arabic word “ta’leef,” meaning “to reconcile” or “to bring together,” this initiative fosters a healing and spiritually enriched environment where individuals find support and a sense of belonging.
Queer Muslim Voyagers Program
The Queer Muslim Voyagers Program is a leadership development initiative designed for emerging and established frontliners between the ages of 24-44 who are committed to advancing the queer Muslim movement across Europe and beyond. This program aims to inspire, empower, and connect queer Muslim changemakers to foster positive and lasting change in their communities and local contexts, while promoting global solidarity.
International Conference on Religion and Acceptance (ICRA)
International Conference on Religion and Acceptance (ICRA) is the largest annual gathering of queer Muslims in Europe. ICRA provides a platform for dialogue, workshops, and collaboration at the intersection of religion, gender, and sexual diversity. Through panels, think tanks, and artistic exchanges, ICRA empowers queer Muslims to lead and advocate for inclusion and social justice.
European Queer Muslim Network (EQMN)
The European Queer Muslim Network (EQMN) is a pioneering platform dedicated to connecting queer Muslim leaders and organizations across Europe. Hosted by Maruf, EQMN serves as a vital network for activists, organizations, and informal groups working to advance social acceptance, equality, and justice for queer Muslims on the continent.
Maruf Messages
Maruf Messages is a platform dedicated to making queer Muslim voices heard driving forward essential conversations on intersectional justice, interfaith collaboration, and human rights. Through Maruf Messages, we engage audiences by hosting events, delivering talks, collaborating with partners, and participating as guest speakers at national and international gatherings. This initiative brings our advocacy to life, ensuring the experiences and perspectives of queer Muslims are recognized, valued, and acted upon.
Equality Lab
The Equality Lab is a cross-disciplinary platform that brings together activists, academics, and artists dedicated to addressing anti-Muslim hatred through mutual support, knowledge exchange, and resilience building.
